Canned foods, canned soups, canned meats, canned sauces, canned vegetables, canned fruits, cereals, chocolates, kitchen roll, toilet roll, shaving foam, shampoo, soaps pot noodle, pot pasta, instant soup, tea, coffee, drinks, squash, snacks, biscuits and more... your generous donations will go a long way to help those struggling to make ends meet this Christmas.
FOOD & DRINK
The taproom will be featuring their 2023 Festive menu and we will be welcoming various wonderful food and drinks vendors to join us for the day.
Expect delicious foods, snacks, drinks and fine coffee and hot chocolate.
CLASSIC CARS
It wouldn't be a WBCC event without Cars and Bikes.
So stick on your beanie, your scarf, your finest 'driving gloves' and brave the winter weather for a wonderful Christmas Display.
TRADERS
Once again, we will be inviting local automotive traders along to our event.
The proceeds from pitch fees will be going directly to charity.
A GOOD CAUSE
We will be raising donations for the West Berks Foodbank and Crisis.
All money raised from ticket sales, silent auction and pitch fees will be going to charity.
In addition, we will be welcoming physical donations for the Foodbank at a collection point at the event.
Canned foods, dry foods, drinks, household products are all greatly appreciated.
CHARITY AUCTION
We are hosting a charity 'Silent Auction'.
With gifts, experiences and products donated by local businesses.
All the proceeds from the auction will be going to our chosen charities.
LIVE MUSIC
Our wonderful hosts - the Renegade Brewery and Taproom will be putting together some fantastic live music for all to enjoy.
